Installation of Heavy Structural Steel Roof Trusses & 4th Floor Glazing
The structural steel roof trusses spanning the 500-seat Town Hall amphitheater were successfully hoisted and anchored into place by 80-tonne mobile cranes. Concurrently, aluminum framing and double-glazed low-E insulated glass panels for the Level 4 Council Chambers are 75% completed.
Completion of 4th Floor Suspended Slab & Rooftop Terrace Decking
The monolithic concrete casting of the fourth suspended slab was successfully concluded with ready-mix grade 35 concrete. All cube compressive strength tests at 28 days yielded 42 N/mm², surpassing structural safety specifications.
