Community 4 represents the expansive northern development axis of Festac Town, connecting the 1st Avenue extension with 6th Avenue. As the zoning structure develops, FTRA is actively working with local residents to establish formally recognized zones.
Boundaries: Spanning the northern expansion corridor between 1st Avenue Extension and the 6th Avenue perimeter boundary.
