Community 1: 5th Avenue East – 7th Avenue
Community 1 represents the vibrant eastern sector of Festac Town, encompassing key residential avenues, renowned educational centers, active recreational spaces, and a highly organized 20-zone grassroots administrative network.
Boundaries: Bounded to the North by the 7th Avenue border, to the East by the canal perimeter, to the West by 5th Avenue central dividing meridian, and to the South by 2nd Avenue connector.

Community 1 Automated Security Barrier Gates
Digitized RFID security access control gates at major 5th Avenue access points.
