Building the FTRA Hall & Multipurpose Secretariat
To build a state-of-the-art, green-powered, multipurpose civic centre and administrative secretariat that stands as a lasting monument to the unity, heritage, and forward march of Festac Town residents.
Initiated during the 2025 Strategic Civic Assembly, the FTRA Secretariat & Civic Hall project addresses the historic requirement for a permanent, modern administrative headquarters and event centre equipped for town halls, dispute tribunals, digital resident registries, youth innovation hubs, and emergency command operations.

- 1Construct a 1,000-seat acoustic main auditorium for General Deliberative Assemblies, cultural exhibitions, and community ceremonies.
- 2Build modern administrative offices for the Central Executive Council, Zonal Directorates, and 5 Community secretariats.
- 3Establish an emergency 24/7 Security Operations and CCTV Surveillance Command Room.
- 4Equip a dedicated Youth Digital Skills & Coding Innovation Hub with high-speed internet.
- 5Provide conflict mediation chambers and a legal library for estate bye-laws.
- 6Deploy a 100% solar and inverter clean-energy hybrid power system with zero carbon emissions.
