Following joint strategic deliberations between FTRA Executive Security Committee, Nigeria Police (Festac Division), and LNSC commanders, new security access measures are hereby enacted. Commercial tricycles (Keke NAPEP) and unregistered haulage vehicles are prohibited from entering inner residential closes after 9:00 PM. Residents are advised to inform security guards in advance when receiving deliveries after curfew hours.
