Physical Verification Requirements (Bring Along to Secretariat)
✓Printed copy of your online FTRA Application Slip with Reference Code.
✓Original or photocopy of Valid ID (NIN, LASRRA, PVC, or Driver’s License).
✓Recent EKEDC Electricity Bill or Lagos Water Corporation bill for your Festac flat/house.
✓Vehicle Proof of Ownership / License (for vehicle barcode stickers only).
