For resident and non-resident property titleholders, allottees, and landlords across all residential and commercial building blocks in Festac Town.

Entitlements & Privileges:

Full voting rights at the FTRA General Congress & Community Assemblies
Eligibility to contest for Central Executive Council and Community Executive offices
Direct representation in property valuation and FHA/LASG infrastructure dialogues
Priority inclusion in communal infrastructure maintenance programs (drainage/road resurfacing)
Access to FTRA Legal Advisory on property title, encroachment, and building code issues
Issuance of Official Landlord Member Certificate and Digital Resident Card
Annual Dues:₦12,000 / yr

Tenant

For lawful residents and tenant families occupying residential flats, maisonettes, terraced houses, and duplexes across Communities 1 to 5.

Entitlements & Privileges:

Full participation in Zonal and Community Town Hall meetings
Inclusion in Avenue Security gate access, sticker permits, and emergency security dispatch
Support from FTRA Welfare and Dispute Mediation Committee in landlord-tenant or neighbor issues
Access to community sports facilities, youth development programs, and civic workshops
Issuance of Digital FTRA Resident Membership Identity Pass
Voting rights at Zonal and Community Assembly levels
Annual Dues:₦6,000 / yr

Corporate/Institutional Member

For registered corporate organizations, financial institutions, private schools, healthcare centers, supermarkets, and hospitality operators within Festac Town.

Entitlements & Privileges:

Institutional representation in FTRA Business & Commercial Stakeholders Consultative Forum
Dedicated commercial security liaison and traffic management coordination
Listing in the Official FTRA Festac Business & Corporate Verified Directory
Joint advocacy against arbitrary local council and regulatory double taxation/harassment
Corporate recognition and branding opportunities during Festac Town Heritage and Gala events
Priority issuance of Commercial Access and Delivery clearance documentation
